As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values.

Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling throughout hotel premises. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds. Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. No prior experience required; training provided. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
