Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic living space, including bathroom and kitchen sanitation. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items safely during cleaning or rearrangement tasks. Use appropriate janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment to deliver high-quality results while adhering to safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods, ensuring consistent quality across visits. Outdoor work experience is preferred for maintaining entryways or outdoor spaces associated with residential properties. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Experience with laundry services including handling various fabrics and stain removal techniques. Strong understanding of janitorial or custodial practices with an emphasis on safety and hygiene protocols. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work as required by the role.
