Overview We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to deliver exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. Essential Functions and Expectations Sweep and mop vinyl and tiled floors. Vacuum & Shampoo carpeted floors as necessary. Clean windows and mirrors as necessary. Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals, sinks, showers and countertops. Re-stock toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers. Empty trash from restrooms, offices and conference rooms. Remove dirt, finger prints, and smudges from interior wall surfaces. Sweep patios, decks, ramps and walks. Inform Lead Man of Housekeeping supplies to be ordered. Inform Lead Man of Maintenance deficiencies or mechanical problems. Assist all phases of snow removal. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Qualifications Basic understanding of building cleaning methods and procedures; knowledge of the materials, supplies and Equipment utilized in cleaning activities. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and chemicals. Ability to read and understand written instructions, use good judgment in carrying out written or oral instructions. Ability to operate mechanical cleaning devices. Must possess valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
