We pride ourselves on delivering concierge level service through our commitment to guest satisfaction and outstanding service. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Houseman to join our team at The Swiftwater. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms and dining areas. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues to management. Provide excellent hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Assist with laundry services as needed to maintain clean linens and uniforms. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
