Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet established quality standards. Oversee cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring timely completion. Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health protocols across all areas. Manage custodial supplies inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and proper storage of cleaning materials. Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with management on team supervision, performance feedback, and operational improvements to enhance service delivery. Skills Proven experience in cleaning services with a focus on custodial or janitorial work in hospitality or commercial settings. Strong supervisory skills with previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence. Ability to oversee cleaning & sanitation management programs effectively while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
