Job Overview Sparkling Saige is looking for two reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as 1099 independent contractors , paid per completed job. We're a women-focused cleaning company serving the Tri-Cities, TN area, built on the idea that quality cleaning shouldn't come with luxury prices — or shortchange the people doing the work. We handle client communication, scheduling, and job assignment through the Schedule Dropper app, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering a spotless clean. Work is sporadic and assigned as it comes in — some jobs are solo, others are done as part of a small team depending on job size. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and surface sanitation) Accept or decline jobs as they're sent through the Schedule Dropper app Follow any client-specific notes provided for each job Flag any issues, damage, or access problems promptly Maintain a consistent standard of quality across every job Requirements Reliable personal transportation (required — you'll travel to client homes) Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must carry your own liability insurance (proof required, cost covered by contractor) Cleaning experience preferred but not required Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented Open to completing a background check (not required, but preferred) Compensation Pay per completed job — contractors earn 60-70% of the job's price Payment is issued once the client's payment has cleared and the job is confirmed complete How to Apply Apply through Indeed, and we'll follow up by text or email to schedule a quick interview.
