Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the guest's room and public areas. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hire you. Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of properly
- Restock amenities
- Comply with Brand Standards
- Follow established safety protocols and use hotel approved cleaning equipment safely
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Hospitality:
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests- Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal and restocking supplies.
