Responsibilities Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean mirrors, fixtures, countertops, appliances, and other surfaces Complete deep cleans, recurring home cleans, and move-in or move-out services Follow company cleaning procedures, safety standards, and client instructions Inspect completed work to ensure every room meets our quality standards Handle clients' homes and belongings with care and respect Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and team members Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality Report damages, safety concerns, or supply needs promptly Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface cleaning. Required Qualifications At least three years of professional residential house-cleaning experience Must live in or near Bryan-College Station and be able to travel reliably throughout the service area Must have dependable personal transportation for traveling between job locations Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Dependable attendance, punctuality, honesty, and professional conduct Ability to follow cleaning checklists and complete work within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting supplies, and working on your feet for extended periods Willingness to complete a job-related background check, with written authorization and in accordance with applicable law Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Ability to perform outdoor work when required, such as patio or garden area cleaning. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs.
