Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Execute specialized floor care procedures, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to restore their shine. Maintain sanitation protocols across kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet health standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage janitorial responsibilities for larger properties or commercial spaces when required, including trash removal and restocking supplies. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Background in hotel housekeeping or hospitality services will be advantageous due to familiarity with high standards of cleanliness. Demonstrated skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques are preferred. Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management roles will strengthen your application. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines diligently.
