Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in housekeeping management, floor care, and custodial work to contribute to a thriving hospitality environment.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Restock supplies and ensure all amenities are well-stocked
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
