FULL-TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER

— McALLEN Private family in the McAllen area is seeking a dependable, experienced live-in housekeeper for a stable, long-term position.

Primary responsibilities:

Thorough daily housekeeping and cleaning Laundry, linens and bed-making Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and general household upkeep Scheduled deep-cleaning tasks Receiving and putting away Walmart+ deliveries Maintaining the home's existing organization systems Light assistance with household dogs Occasional, prearranged coverage for our six-year-old son Our son is autistic and nonverbal. This is not a nanny position, but the right person must be patient, calm, trustworthy and able to follow his established routines when occasional coverage is requested. Responsibilities Has strong housekeeping or private-home experience Private room, utilities and household meals are provided. Compensation will be based on experience. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools. Knowledge of manual handling practices for heavy lifting and outdoor work environments. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or household members.
