In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating welcoming, hygienic spaces that exceed expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety techniques Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures through regular dusting and surface sanitation Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing residential housekeeping tasks Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces!
