Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and offices using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance needs Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Experience with commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy supplies or equipment Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
