Overview Join our dynamic Task Force as a Housekeeping Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all guest areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and chemical agents while adhering to safety protocols. Handle chemical agents safely by following Safety Data Sheets (SDS) guidelines and proper handling procedures to prevent accidents or contamination. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the facility. Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning equipment or supplies, ensuring manual handling safety standards are strictly followed. Follow hotel housekeeping management procedures, including inventory control, reporting maintenance issues, and documenting cleaning activities accurately. Respond promptly to emergency procedures related to hotel operations, ensuring guest safety and compliance with hotel emergency protocols. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hospitality industry best practices and industrial cleaning standards. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a hospitality or industrial setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in cleaning techniques, including the use of chemical agents and equipment for various surfaces such as floors, carpets, and upholstery. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management systems and procedures enhances efficiency in daily operations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures ensures preparedness for unforeseen situations. Experience with heavy lifting tasks and manual handling techniques promotes safety during physically demanding duties. Proven ability to deliver exceptional hospitality service with attention to detail contributes to guest satisfaction.
