As part of our Housekeeping staff, the Houseman is responsible for the cleanliness of our public areas and back of house spaces. Other responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, providing anticipatory guest service and exceeding guest expectations. Duties may also include deep cleaning projects and/or floor care within areas as required. The Houseman will assist with trash and recycling, supports the front desk with room deliveries, kitchen clean-up, room attendants, and laundry.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous customer service experience. Ability to work well under minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
