Camarillo Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming, manicuring, sorting, weighing, and preparing cannabis products according to company quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Trim and manicure cannabis plants according to established quality standards Remove excess leaves and stems while maintaining product quality and appearance Sort and prepare finished product for processing or packaging Accurately weigh and handle product as required Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and cannabis compliance requirements Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Work effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors Follow instructions and maintain consistent work quality throughout the shift Qualifications Previous cannabis trimming, agricultural, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred Previous trimming experience is a plus, but training may be provided to qualified candidates Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and responsible Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to successfully complete any required background screening Ability to stand and work with your hands for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs. as needed Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Work Environment Production/warehouse environment Standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods May be exposed to strong plant odors May experience varying temperatures throughout the work area Fast-paced environment with daily production and quality expectations What We're Looking For If you are dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and interested in working in the cannabis production industry, we encourage you to apply. Pay:

Are you comfortable performing repetitive trimming and production tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail? Can you reliably arrive on time for your scheduled shifts and maintain consistent attendance? Are you willing to perform the same trimming/production tasks for the majority of your shift? This position requires standing and performing repetitive hand movements for extended periods. Are you able to perform these duties throughout your shift? Are you over the age of 21?
