This role involves handling, preparing, and packaging seafood products while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are comfortable in physically demanding environments and able to follow instructions in Spanish. Responsibilities Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently Fillet, debone, inspect, sort, and weigh seafood products Pack products and place them on conveyor belts or into containers Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Load and unload materials as needed Comply with all safety, sanitation, quality, and GMP standards Report quality or safety issues to supervisors Assist the team with various production tasks as required What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
