PreRoll Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pre-Roll Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for the preparation, assembly, and packaging of pre-roll cannabis products while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is efficient, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Grind, weigh, and prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production Fill and roll pre-rolls using both manual techniques and automated machinery Inspect pre-rolls for quality, consistency, and compliance standards Package finished pre-rolls according to company guidelines Maintain accurate records of production and inventory Ensure all work is performed in compliance with state regulations and company SOPs Maintain a clean and organized workspace Meet daily production quotas and timelines

Qualifications:

Previous cannabis production experience preferred (pre-roll or packaging experience a plus) Ability to work with repetitive tasks and maintain focus on detail Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Must be able to follow strict compliance and safety protocols Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass all required background checks (if applicable) Must have a valid Missouri Facility Agent ID to work in cannabis in the state.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with pre-roll machines (e.g., Knockbox, Futurola, etc.) Familiarity with METRC or other cannabis tracking systems Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Work Environment:

Fast-paced production setting Exposure to cannabis products (smell and handling required) May involve repetitive motions and production line work
