Job Description

Job Description Our client is looking to add cannabis Kitchen Associate to their team in Grandview, MO. The Kitchen Associate is responsible for supporting daily cannabis production operations, with a primary focus on manufacturing cannabis edibles, packaging finished products, and labeling inventory for distribution. This role involves working hands-on in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance standards throughout all processes. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and following detailed production procedures.
Schedule / Pay
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting pay: $16/hr Opportunity for growth within production and manufacturing operations Responsibilities Assist in the production and preparation of cannabis edibles according to company procedures and production schedules Package and label cannabis products accurately and efficiently Prepare products for distribution while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain production quotas while ensuring strong attention to detail Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), sanitation, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production workspace Accurately complete production logs and tracking documentation as required Assist with inventory organization and material preparation as needed Support additional production and packaging tasks based on operational needs Requirements Current Agent Facility ID is highly preferred or the ability to get one will be required (If you do not have a facility ID you must be willing to pay the badging fee of $100 - $150 (reimbursed after 120 days of employment) Prior experience in production, manufacturing, food production, or cannabis environments preferred but not required Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle Ability to lift up to 40lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily goals Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain compliance standards Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Comfortable working with cannabis products in an indoor production environment Must meet all state requirements to work in the cannabis industry #TUG6
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
