Production Associate The Production Associate supports an excellent customer experience by fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. This role follows standard operating procedures to deliver quality products that meet order specifications. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Production Associate Essential Job Functions:
Pull, cut, stripe/dye, or twist material per order requirements Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) Scrap material and break down unusable reels Complete order rundowns after fulfillment Complete required documentation accurately and on time Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Maintain a "Zero Harm" safety culture Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve issues Promote company culture through behavior aligned with the organization's mission, vision, purpose, and values Operate with a high level of urgency to support productivity and profitability Operate warehouse machinery and tools, including (but not limited to): forklifts, re-spoolers, dye/stripe machines, pallet jacks, cutters, and power tools Assist in other areas as needed Production Associate Outcomes /

Production Associate Requirements:
3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, machine operation, or related experience (preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to superior service levels Detail-oriented with strong initiative Ability to read and understand documentation, wire descriptions, and numbers Ability to add and subtract numbers in the thousands Willingness to learn and/or comfortable with basic computer operations Ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 100 lbs regularly Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, squat, twist, and reach Ability to repeatedly step up/down during the shift while using material handling equipment (MHE) Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Comfortable operating relatively large machines and power tools
Work Hours :
Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay:
$20/hr. with $1 or $2 raise when hired on based on performance
