North Country Hard Cider

Tasting Room Associate, Part Time

Job Description

North Country has been an established hard cider maker in the Seacoast Area since 2014. We are now seeking individuals who have a passion for hard cider and enjoy a social atmosphere for our brand new, expanded tasting room in Dover, NH. Qualified candidates will be hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to educate customers about our unique product. Experience working in the service industry is preferred. Up to 15+ hours available per week Starting pay is $10 per hour plus tips(ranging from $20-$40+ per hour)
Responsibilities:
Serve pours and flights of cider Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the bar and tasting room areas Sell merchandise and cider to go Stock and rotate cider Manage retail operations through point-of-sale system Educate patrons about our cidery and our unique process Represent North Country at events/festivals as a brand ambassador Provide patrons with an exceptional, personalized experience that keeps them coming back for more
Requirements:
21+ Prior bartending or wait staff experience required Must be self-sufficient and self-motivated Ability to multi-task and work a crowd in a busy environment Possess a friendly, positive attitude Ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time Ability to safely lift boxes and kegs up to 60 lbs. Strong customer service skills Ability to communicate and work well with a team
