In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the car wash, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Your leadership will motivate staff, uphold quality standards, and foster a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of vehicle cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including janitorial and custodial tasks Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members Qualifications Proven experience in car washing, or related custodial roles with a strong focus on quality work Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a service or janitorial setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform vehicle detailing tasks efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for moving vehicles or equipment as needed Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety protocols Join us to lead a dynamic team committed to delivering top-tier vehicle care!
