Activity Assistant Scottsdale Hourly Haven of Scottsdale - 3.1 Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Part-time $17 - $18 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description The Activity Assistant works under the direction of the Activity Manager and assists in directing the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program. This includes assisting in the completion of the activities component of the comprehensive assessment along with the comprehensive care plan goals and approaches. The Activity Assistant assists in the direction of the activity program, which includes scheduling of activities, both individual and groups, and assisting in the implementation of such programs. > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
