Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day As anActivities Assistant at Saint Mary Home, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. Through thoughtfully designed recreational, social, emotional, and spiritual programs, you'll help create moments of joy, connection, and purpose—supporting each resident's unique care plan while encouraging social engagement, physical activity, and lifelong learning. What You'll Do

  • Maintain clean, organized activity spaces and follow all safety protocols. Grow with Us
  • Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with team members to continuously improve resident experiences.
What You Bring High School Diploma (or equivalent) Experience in long-term care or working with individuals with dementia (preferred) Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you're compassionate, creative, and passionate about making a difference, this is your opportunity to truly impact lives every day.
