Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating engaging activities tailored to residents with memory impairments Support residents during activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents participating in activities Collaborate with team members to ensure activities meet individual needs and preferences Observe and document residents' responses to activities, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff

Skills and Qualifications:
