Job Description
Job Summary Resident Activities Coordinator (part-Time) 1-2 hours per day We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Resident Activities Coordinator to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our assisted living residents. This part time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, leading games and crafts, organizing social activites, and helping make each day special. Duties Plan and lead daily group activities such as bingo, Crafts, games, music, exercise, baking and social events. Encourage resident participation while adapting activities to meet individual abilities and interests. Provide one on one engagement for residents who may not participate in group activities. Assist with holiday celebrations, birthday parties and special events. Gather activity ideas based on residents interests and abilities Set up, Clean up, and help create a fun welcoming environment, Work with staff to ensure activities are enjoyable, inclusive and meaningful.
