TBD starting at $15.00 Activities Assistant plays a vital role in creating enriching, safe, and person‑centered programs that support social connection, cognitive stimulation, and overall well‑being across various care and community settings Activity Assistant duties and responsibilities: An Activity Assistant's main responsibility is to ensure that a group of people has engaging, enjoyable activities to participate in. Some of their day-to-day job duties may include: Brainstorming ideas for activities Creating schedules that detail the activities by day, week and month Advertising activities that are open to the public Attending or leading activities to ensure that events go smoothly Adhering to budgetary guidelines when planning activities Working with vendors to provide food, music, supplies and services for activities as needed Soliciting feedback from participants to identify what worked well and what areas of improvement exist Keeping detailed records of activities to track participation rates, costs and other metrics
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
