Starting Pay:

$23/hour Blue Water is hiring a Pool Repair Technician to diagnose and fix pool equipment and systems at community pools. If you're hands-on, mechanically minded, and enjoy solving problems, this full-time role offers steady work, benefits, and room to grow. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues at community pool sites Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently Support pool maintenance staff with more complex repair needs as they arise Assist with seasonal winterization and spring pool openings Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and equipment condition What We're Looking For Previous experience in plumbing, pool equipment repair, or pool maintenance preferred but not required Comfortable working outdoors during both summer and winter seasons Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license (if traveling between sites) Why Blue Water Full-time position with benefits Career growth opportunities Hands-on training provided Steady, year-round work maintaining community pools Supportive team environment — we're looking to fill this position quickly!
