You'll plan, coordinate, and run group and one-on-one activities, organize calendars and supplies, and partner with the care team to support staff synergy and a positive, welcoming environment. The Activity Director will also drive the facility vehicle and insurance requires driver to be at least 25 years old. Key responsibilities include coordinating events/outings, documenting participation, communicating schedules, and ensuring activities align with resident needs while demonstrating integrity. Assisting Executive Director with long-term marketing: visiting residents in the hospital and/or long term care centers as needed, Planning Community Events quarterly that attract the local community and incorporate resident interests.
