Activity Director-Marketing Assistant SAL of Oquirrh Meadows LLC South Salt Lake, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Food Handler Certification Full Job Description As an Activity Director, you'll shape engaging programs that bring smiles, connection, and purpose to residents—creating fun smile and laughter and delivering wow resident experiences through service. You'll plan, coordinate, and run group and one-on-one activities, organize calendars and supplies, and partner with the care team to support staff synergy and a positive, welcoming environment. The Activity Director will also drive the facility vehicle and insurance requires driver to be at least 25 years old. Key responsibilities include coordinating events/outings, documenting participation, communicating schedules, and ensuring activities align with resident needs while demonstrating integrity. Assisting Executive Director with long-term marketing: visiting residents in the hospital and/or long term care centers as needed, Planning Community Events quarterly that attract the local community and incorporate resident interests.
Required qualifications/skills:

You'll wrap up by resetting the room, noting what residents enjoyed most, and teeing up ideas that keep tomorrow fresh and fun.
