Job Description

Skaalen Retirement Services is looking for a dedicated, creative, and upbeat Activity Aide that wants to bring the fun to work! Our Support Services department is looking for the right candidate(s) for our Activity Aide position. This position is full time with hours from 8-4:30 (can be flexible with start time). There will be occasional changes to hours due to outings and some evening events, but you will be notified ahead of time. The responsibilities of an Activity Aide include: Collaborating and designing resident activities with the Activity Director, Encouraging resident attendance and participation in activities & documenting, Transporting residents to and from activities, Operating the activity equipment (ex. TV's & audio equipment), Engaging residents of all functioning levels in activities to improve their quality of life The qualifications of an Activity Aide include: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid WI driver's license Must be able to effectively communicate with residents, volunteers, staff, family members, and others Skaalen is an equal opportunity employer.
