COOKS:

Must be able to prepare food to order and ensure the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standard. MANAGER / SHIFT LEADER

Oversees shift and is responsible for restaurant operations, helping to train and develop staff. Overall knowledge of restaurant and assist with training and helping staff.
