REQUIREMENTS

for Restaurant Manager Valid Driver's License with Insurance Minimum 1 year experience as salaried restaurant management Open Schedule Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job, including extended walking and standing

RESPONSIBILITIES

for Restaurant Manager Provide excellent food and customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment. Work a minimum of 8 Peak Revenue Periods (Lunch, Dinner, etc) per week Manage the operations of a single restaurant; focused on doing what is right for the Company, our Guests, and our Employees. Accomplish revenue and profit goals set by the company through hiring, training and managing a capable crew. Position requires significant motivation, initiative, responsibility and accountability for increasing sales and traffic to maximize restaurant performance.
