Blu Burger Grille is on the hunt for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to help us elevate daily execution and grow into something bigger—literally. We're planning to launch a second concept in 2026, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us from day one. What You'll Do Own daily operations , including opening, closing, and shift management Provide clear, consistent communication with the General Manager Handle light data entry and ensure accurate reporting Keep service flowing smoothly by overseeing staff performance Model guest-first behavior and cultivate a welcoming, professional atmosphere The skills you need Proven ability to multitask and lead with calm confidence Excellent with both guests and team members —you're a relationship builder Detail-oriented and operationally savvy , but not afraid to get hands-on Committed to growth , both personally and as part of a bigger vision Ready to own your role and run with it in a fast-moving environment This isn't just a job—it's a chance to help shape the culture, execution, and future of a growing brand.
