The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality leader who understands that great businesses are built through great teams. You'll hire, mentor, coach, and develop employees while helping create the training, systems, and culture that produce future leaders. This role is responsible for leading our front-of-house operation, hiring, scheduling, mentoring, training, sales growth, guest experience, ordering, forecasting, inventory, and participating in biweekly management meetings. You'll think ahead, solve problems before they happen, and take ownership of your department as if it were your own business. We're far more than a barbecue restaurant. Our property also includes a high-end hand car wash and detail center, race fuel for some of the world's finest automobiles, a coffee shop, creamery, wine shop, and more than 4,000 square feet of specialty retail. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
