We are looking for a polished, hands-on leader who understands that exceptional hospitality comes from thoughtful details, strong communication, and a consistent commitment to excellence. The Floor Manager will oversee daily floor operations, support the service team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the standards and spirit of Bianca. Continuous Improvement — We remain curious, receptive to feedback, and committed to elevating our standards every day. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily restaurant floor operations. Ensure exceptional, warm, and consistent guest service throughout every shift. Support and coach servers, hosts, runners, bussers, and other front-of-house team members. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, reservations, events, and service standards. Monitor table flow, pacing, reservations, guest needs, and overall service execution. Maintain a strong presence on the floor and proactively address guest needs. Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion. Ensure proper restaurant opening, closing, cleanliness, and operational procedures. Work closely with the culinary and bakery teams to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house. Monitor staff appearance, punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to Bianca standards. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Support scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs as required. Help maintain beverage, food, service, and hospitality standards. Assist with special events, private dining, and VIP guest experiences. Lead by example and create a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment Control the cost of goods as well as waste management Inventory management of the restaurant Be responsible for the health & safety compliance Be a main point of contact for the food/service inspections that occur on property Restaurant software knowledge of POS System (U-Serve/Lightspeed, 7Shifts) What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant operations. Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Confident, polished, and professional presence. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong understanding of service standards, guest recovery, and team development.
