Typing Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with data entry, transcribing, and typing documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Basic Office Cleaning (Vacuum Rooms, Taking out Trash, Wiping down Instruments, etc.
)
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking accurate messages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
