Bridges People Making Bridges Memories We currently seek a Dining Room Manager to join our F & B team. (Must have moderate wine Knowledge) This role is pivotal in enhancing our dining experience, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to our mission of excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Spend time on the service floor, working closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless member experiences. Build relationships with members by responding to feedback and special requests. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during peak periods when strong leadership is essential. Cover PTO as needed. (Vacations, sick, callouts) Assist coordinating wine and food pairing with Chef, FB and Event Manager. Inventory Organization/ Wine Deliveries/ Logistics. Invoices/ Billings/ Costing. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as needed.
