Responsibilities include:

Leading the team and assigning daily duties Ensuring everyone completes their tasks and checklists Overseeing customer service and handling guest concerns Checking order accuracy, presentation, and wait times Coordinating with the kitchen throughout the shift Monitoring daily inventory and keeping supplies stocked Maintaining cleanliness and organization Overseeing opening, closing, and shift handoffs Reporting staffing, inventory, and service issues to management We're looking for someone with strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail who can stay calm under pressure and hold the team accountable respectfully.
