Job Summary We are seeking a Restaurant Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for a bilingual restaurant leader with experience managing a high-volume quick-service or fast food location. The Restaurant Store Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop team members, control labor and food costs, maintain compliance standards, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and consistent service. - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food preparation standards, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, coach, supervise, and develop crew members, leads, and assistant managers while addressing performance issues as needed.
- Control labor, food, beverage, and supply costs through effective scheduling, inventory management, ordering, waste control, and operational follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, food safety requirements, security practices, OSHA standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee cash management, POS system administration, register audits, safe audits, bank deposit preparation, revenue reconciliation, and invoice review.
- Resolve customer complaints and incidents while maintaining high guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant inspection standards. Compensation and Benefits
