Full Job Description Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• 3yr. Restaurant experience
• 1yr. Management experience
• Line cook experience required
• Open availability, includes weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Managing employees FOH and BOH
• Cash handling
• Securing the building
• Email Management
• Logistics and catering oversight/Reservation management
• Inventory control and reordering
• Invoices matching and reconciliation
• Staff recruitment and hiring
• Staff training and standards enforcement
• Leadership and team optimization
• Regulatory compliance and safety management
