Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager and Executive Chef in the Broomfield area for a new restaurant opening! The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a lead-by-example operator who builds and develops a strong team, controls costs and drives profitability through strong P&L management, and delivers excellent guest service through clear, effective communication. The ideal Executive Chef is a team-oriented leader who builds and motivates the culinary staff, fosters a collaborative kitchen culture, ensures every dish is timely and exceeds guest expectations, and drives menu innovation with a relentless commitment to excellence.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 Quarterly Bonus Potential Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Growth Potential 401(k)
Qualifications:
Restaurant General Manager:
Minimum of 4+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Upscale Casual concept
Executive Chef:
Minimum of 4-5 years current experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale casual restaurant High volume background - must have Executive Chef or General Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million in sales per year Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed Executive Chef and Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.) Must be able to train out of state for this position
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
