We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production across all areas of the plant. Position Summary The Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing daily production activities in a food manufacturing environment. This role oversees production supervisors and up to 100 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, quality, and cost targets are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, developing teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
