Colorado Sick Leave Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, and manages the daily operations of events, weddings, and bar services at Shining Mountain Golf Course. Oversees staff, facility operations, customer service, marketing, budgeting, and event execution while ensuring a high-quality guest experience and compliance with City policies and applicable regulations. Works with golf course management for coordination of events.
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Recreation, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in event management, hospitality, golf operations, recreation, or a related field. Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within six months). CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain within six months). Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required. Attend workshops, seminars, conferences, and training related to assigned duties. May serve on City committees or work groups as assigned. CPR/First Aid/AED and TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within six months). Serve as the on-call contact for facility or event-related emergencies as assigned. Anticipated Job Posting Close Date Open until filled.
