Our Venues offer the best in fine and causal dinning. It is all about the experience - one-of-a-kind ambiance - and is not simply a meal but an overall dining experience! MRG is seeking an Experienced Restaurant Dining Manager at Market Grille 110 Buckland Road Manchester, CT 06042. Qualified Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, innovative thinking and unparalleled passion for this industry! They must be results driven and committed to promoting excellence by providing superior customer service and interactions with our patrons. Candidates must know what true hospitality means! Though the majority of your time will be spent on the floor interacting with quests and guiding staff, you will also be responsible for working closely with other managers and owners to meet revenue objectives, ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to, and comply with policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, equipment and proper cash closeout procedures for all shifts. Our managers wear many hats and jump in where needed from expediting food to taking reservations and booking events.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant Dining Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Must have experience in Fine Dinning Establishment and Wine Management.
