Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness standards. Manage staff schedules, supervise team members, and lead training initiatives to promote excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across the kitchen and front-of-house areas. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support staff development to foster a motivated team environment. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for improving restaurant performance and profitability. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Experience supervising teams within food industry settings including training staff on food safety and customer service standards. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to optimize restaurant operations. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently.
