•Miami Operations for our client which is a growing, family-owned multi-location laundry business. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing 10 locations throughout the Miami area. The General Manager will be responsible for creating consistency and accountability across the stores while leading store managers and frontline employees, improving staffing, controlling labor and operating costs, and ensuring strong customer-service and operational standards. We are particularly interested in candidates with multi-unit leadership experience from larger retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, fitness, convenience, or other location-based service organizations. Laundromat experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across 10 Miami-area locations. Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline/hourly employees. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, discipline, and manage employee performance. Establish clear accountability and ensure procedures are consistently followed across locations. Regularly visit stores to evaluate staffing, cleanliness, customer service, equipment, supplies, and overall execution. Improve staffing stability and address chronic performance or attendance issues. Monitor labor hours, scheduling, productivity, inventory, supplies, and operating expenses. Coordinate maintenance priorities and ensure open repairs/issues are followed through to completion. Resolve escalated customer-service issues and identify recurring operational problems. Implement practical systems and procedures that allow store managers to operate more independently. Provide ownership with concise, consistent reporting on operations, staffing, maintenance, and priorities. Ideal Candidate Proven experience managing multiple physical locations and frontline teams. Strong experience managing both managers and hourly employees. Hands-on leadership style — comfortable spending significant time in the stores rather than behind a desk. Demonstrated ability to improve operations, implement procedures, and hold employees accountable. Strong scheduling, labor-management, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making difficult personnel decisions and addressing poor performance. Organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Fluent English and Spanish required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between Miami-area locations. Comfortable with regular weekend presence and reasonable phone availability for emergencies. Experience with POS systems, spreadsheets, mobile technology, WhatsApp, and operational reporting preferred. Schedule Gas expenses and phone allowance covered. Generally a five-day schedule with regular weekend presence. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring frequent travel between locations and is expected to require more than 40 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong multi-unit operator who enjoys being in the field, developing people, improving processes, and taking ownership of an entire market.
