Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and operation of a high-volume, fine-dining steakhouse in South Florida. This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant operator who has personally opened a restaurant from the ground up and knows how to build a team, establish systems, and create an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the pre-opening and launch Recruit, hire, train, and develop the FOH team Establish operating procedures, service standards, and systems Oversee daily FOH operations and guest experience Partner closely with the Executive Chef Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, vendors, and P&L Oversee a sophisticated wine, spirits, cocktail, and beverage program Support private events and maintain exceptional hospitality standards Ideal Candidate Proven track record of successful new restaurant openings Significant fine-dining and steakhouse experience High-volume experience with $3M-$5M+ annual revenue Luxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end hospitality experience Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills Extensive beverage program knowledge Collaborative leadership style with strong FOH/BOH partnership Kosher experience is highly preferred but not required South Florida experience preferred; relocation considered for an exceptional candidate Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus Medical benefits
