Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage General Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality operation within a well-established entertainment venue in Lakeland. We are looking for a leader who enjoys that energy and complexity and wants the opportunity to take real ownership of a business. The right person will be a strong operator and an even stronger leader: someone who can build a team, establish accountability, improve performance, and create a culture where people want to stay and succeed. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple bar and dining areas Recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong FOH and BOH team Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, respectful culture Manage food, beverage, liquor, and labor costs with a focus on improving profitability Oversee purchasing, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and vendor relationships Maintain strong beverage controls, responsible alcohol service, and appropriate pour-cost standards Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, sanitation, and health department compliance Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak periods, including evenings and weekends Handle difficult guest and employee situations calmly, professionally, and decisively Develop dependable managers and key employees who can successfully operate the business in your absence Partner directly with ownership on opportunities to improve the operation, increase sales, and continue growing the business What We're Looking For 5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience, including
