We're looking for a General Manager who is passionate about people, hospitality, and building a high-performing team. This leader will play a key role in creating a strong store culture, developing team members, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure Ellianos Coffee standards are followed. Lead, train, and hold Shift Leads and team members accountable. Create weekly schedules and manage staffing needs. Order and manage inventory. Work alongside the team on the floor as a barista when needed. Ensure excellent guest service and respond to customer feedback. Monitor Google reviews and social media. Manage food and labor costs within company guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience required 5+ years preferred Restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or customer-service management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Schedule & Benefits Flexible Schedule Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday every weekend.
