  • Job Summary
  • Summary:
    The Assistant Restaurant Manager, will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and may support leadership with financial responsibilities.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • + Manages all functional areas of the restaurant. + Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates. + Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team. + Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls. + Assists with catering events. + Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • + 4 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
+ Social Media exp + Luxury hotel exp + Experience in fine dining restaurants + Experience managing cost controls is preferred. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet. + ServSafe Certification is preferred. + Associate's degree is preferred.
